BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Authorities say a Porcupine man has been sentenced to eight years in prison on charges of assault resulting in serious bodily injury and witness tampering.
U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon says 31-year-old Seth L. Harrison pleaded guilty to the charges in February.
Authorities say Harrison physically assaulted a woman in Porcupine by punching her with his fist and by kicking her. The assault resulted in the victim suffering a broken arm and other injuries.
