This is the 2nd annual Midwest High School Croquet Championship. There were 8 teams made up of 6 players each.
The teams were from Moorhead, Grand Forks and the 5 Fargo schools. Some of them have played croquet, some of them haven't. All of them are having fun, notice the moorhead team dressed head to toe in argyle.
Devon Manny/Moorhead Junior says, "it's not so much about the uniform but what you do with it you got to just come up with a little swag and just be able to hit it."
Fargo North won the tournament tonight, they'll now carry the traveling golden mallet as a trophy and bragging rights until next years event.
