Gate City Bank contributes $2 million to Neighborhood Revitilization Initiative

There’s some exciting news for those homeowners hoping to improve the looks of their houses in our older neighborhoods in Fargo. Gate City Bank today is contributing another $2 million to the Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative program.

The NRI interest rate has been lowered and the loan limit has been raised, allowing more homeowners in Fargo to make improvements. The city says stable neighborhoods are the heart of a stable community.

Steve Swionteck – Gate City CEO: “Over 275 homes have been impacted; 64% of the homes have children in the homes.”
