Two more former Bison football players will get a crack at the NFL. All-American offensive tackle Paul Cornick received an invite today from the New York Jets. Cornick was invited to the combine back in February, but a back injury sidelined his draft chances. Meanwhile, Josh Gatlin will try out with the Vikings. He graduated last year. Gatlin led NDSU with 6 interceptions in 2010. He went to Saints training camp last summer.
