A swat team used explosives to break through the roof of the underground bunker were 41-year-old peter Keller had been hiding. Once inside, deputies found a body believed to be that of Keller. It appears he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Investigators say the survivalist may have been hiding here since last Sunday when the bodies of his wife Lynette and 19-year-old daughter Kaylene were found after a fire at his house. Both of them had been shot to death. The family dog and cat were also found shot dead.

Investigators found photos at the murder scene that led to this heavily fortified hideaway where his red truck was parked.

Officials say Keller spent eight years building, supplying and stockpiling his underground fortress. a bomb unit will check it out to make sure there are no explosives or booby traps. then detectives will be allowed to enter the bunker and conduct a crime scene investigation
Authorities also found pictures of Kellers' hideout on a computer at his home.
