Man Arrested for Partying on Fargo Theatre's Roof

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A Fargo man was arrested, after being caught partying on top of the downtown Fargo Theatre.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A Fargo man was arrested, after being caught partying on top of the downtown Fargo Theatre.

24 year old Peter Larson was arrested for trespassing. Police say Larson and 3 other people got access to the roof of the theatre from an adjoining building.

Police say they found him around 11-30 last night, very intoxicated and vomiting.
