School Board members want a plan of action for the money it's owed by Bluestem. In previous meetings Bluestem officials proposed the Fargo School District pay off $2.1 million dollars in bonds or forgive the debt.
Bluestem also wants more flexibility on available dates for events during the summer run of the Trollwood Performing Arts School. School Board members say they need a plan, so there will be an agreement at the next meeting.
Jim Johnson – School Board President: “That, quite frankly to me, is the canyon or the gap we have to figure out how to bridge, collectively, together. What does that really mean going forward, if they're not willing to have that responsibility?”
The committee will meet again Tuesday.
