We're forty minutes away from D-day for Viking fans with the NFL Draft set to kick off at the top of the hour. We already have some news. According to ESPN and FOX Sports, the Vikings have swapped spots with Cleveland, giving the Browns the 3rd pick for the 4th. The Vikings also receive 3 other picks in the 4th, 5th, and 7th rounds.
By moving down a spot, the Vikes still have the option of taking corner Morris Claiborne, noted by many as the best ball skills for any defensive back.
After the top two Qb's, the top six picks of the first round included Cleveland taking Trent Richardson at 3, Justin Blackmon went at 5 to Jacksonville and the Cowboys traded up to select LSU corner Morris Claiborne.
