A Fargo woman is accused of breaking a car window with a 3 year-old child inside during a dispute. Thirty-one year-old Tiffany Downing is charged with felony reckless endangerment.
Police say she thought her ex-boyfriend was having an affair with her friend. Court documents show Downing saw the pair leaving in a car, became upset, and broke the rear window with a crowbar.
Inside the car, her friend's son, who was nearly hit by that crowbar and scratched by broken glass.
