MANDAN, N.D. (AP) — Police in Mandan have released the name of a man who was a suspect in the slaying of a Mandan woman before he was found dead Sunday.
The Bismarck Tribune reports (http://bit.ly/JmkXNT) that 65-year-old Robert L. Mitchell of Mandan was found dead in a relative's bed Sunday morning.
Mitchell was one of two men taken into custody and questioned after the body of 60-year-old Gloria Schmidt-Lozensky was found dead in her mobile home early Friday morning. Police have ruled her death a homicide.
Authorities say Mitchell and Schmidt-Lozensky knew each other. The cause of his death is not yet known.
