Jamestown woman sentenced to 11 years for role in murder

A judge is sending a Jamestown woman to prison for 11 years for her involvement with a Jamestown man's death.
Twenty-two year-old Janelle Cave was found guilty of the charges on Feb. 17 in a case involving the death of 18 year-old Abdi Ali Ahmed on April 30, 2011. Ahmed's body was found in a road ditch east of Jamestown. He died of blunt head trauma and also suffered stab wounds.
Cave will also be required to testify in the trial of 34 year-old Leron Howard of Jamestown, who was also charged with murder and criminal conspiracy in Ahmed's death.
