Bismarck Police find underage alcohol sales
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Bismarck Police say eight of 28 businesses tested in alcohol compliance checks sold alcohol to minors.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Bismarck Police say eight of 28 businesses tested in alcohol compliance checks sold alcohol to minors.
Police Sgt. Mark Buschena tells the Bismarck Tribune (http://bit.ly/K1Dw6m ) that officers on Wednesday night worked with minors to try to purchase alcohol at 28 Bismarck businesses. Police say the minors used their real identification cards.
Businesses that failed included bars, restaurants and a gas station.
