Fargo-Moorhead (WDAY TV) - The Red River isn't going to hit flood stage after all.

    The river crested this morning at 17.4 feet and it's on its way down.

The Red River isn't going to hit flood stage after all. The river crested this morning at 17.4 feet and it's on its way down. Minor flood stage is 18 feet in Fargo-Moorhead. A high water notice remains in effect for the Red. The notice is issued when the river levels are high, but are expected to remain below flood stage.
