Fargo man arrested after using chair in assault

A Fargo man is accused of repeatedly punching, kicking, and hitting a man with a chair.
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo man is accused of repeatedly punching, kicking, and hitting a man with a chair. 24-year-old Brandon Hackey is in the Cass County Jail, facing aggravated assault charges.
It happened around midnight at 10-05 9th Avenue South. Fargo Police say it started with a fist-fight between Hackey and the victim.
Things escalated, and police say Hackey hit the victim with a chair. People pulled them apart, and police say Hackey returned, kicking the victim in the head.
The victim was taken to Essentia with cuts on his head, and face. Police are unsure if alcohol is involved.
