Fargo murder suspect might get psychological evaluation
FARGO, N.D. (AP) — An attorney for a Fargo man accused of killing his wife is requesting a psychological evaluation to determine whether Henry Deniger Sr. can be held criminally responsible for his alleged actions.

The Forum newspaper reports (http://bit.ly/HCClLH) that public defender Nicholas Thornton made the motion last week. Judge Steven McCullough will hold a closed hearing on Thursday.
The 50-year-old Deniger is charged with murder in the killing of his 52-year-old wife, Kathye. She was found stabbed to death in the couple's apartment on March 6.
