Man shoots his thumb off in Otter Tail County
Otter Tail County (WDAY TV) -- The Otter Tail County Sheriff's office is looking into a case, where a man shot his thumb off.

Reps from Tri-County Hospital in Wadena contacted authorities last night on the injury. They say the man was target shooting with a handgun.
It's unknown what caused his thumb to be ripped off, because it wasn't near the muzzle when the shot was fired.
