Red River walking bridges lowered
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Crews lowered the walking bridges over the Red River at both Oak Grove and Lindenwood.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
Crews lowered the walking bridges over the Red River at both Oak Grove and Lindenwood. This marks the earliest Fargo Parks has lowered the walking bridges. They're normally able to lower them after the river drops, which is about the first week in May. The bridges are raised every spring as the Red River rises, to prevent damage. This spring it wasn't an issue.
