A Wahpeton man will spend 10 years in prison for possessing child porn. Thirty-eight year-old Benjamin Hager had pleaded guilty earlier to possessing the materials.
A search of Hager's home found more than 700 VHS tapes with numerous images of children engaged in sexually explicit behavior. Hager had faced a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
