Offense Background: Gordon was convicted of sexual assault of a minor and corruption of a minor in 2007 in Morton County ND. The victim was a 16 year old female acquaintance. He was also convicted of corruption of minor in 2004 in Cass County ND; the victim was a 16 year old female acquaintance. He was also convicted in Cass County in 2003 for luring minor by computer, which was a police officer posing as a 14 year old female. He is a lifetime registrant. Gordon is a lifetime registrant.
