Wahpeton man to be sentenced in federal court for possessing child porn

Benjamin Joseph Hager argued earlier this summer that a November 2010 search of his residence was illegal because investigators exceeded the scope of the signed warrant.
Wahpeton, ND (WDAY TV) - A Wahpeton man will be sentenced in federal court today for possessing and receiving hundreds of images of child pornography.
38-year-old Benjamin Hager is accused of contacting several area teenagers trying to meet them for sexual purposes. Investigators also found 747 VHS tapes with nearly 44-hundred hours of footage that contained images of child pornography. We'll have the details of Hager's sentencing during tonight's newscasts.
