A Fargo man is accused of sneaking into the fenced area at Hector International Airport. 50 year old David Delaney faces a felony trespassing charge. Police say someone spotted HIM in a place the public is kept out of, Friday and called 911. Traffic control was not interrupted.
SGT. Chris Helmick – Fargo Police Dept: “He was subsequently taken to the hospital because he was complaining of some medical problems and from what we can tell at this point it looks like the incident was medical related.”
Police tell us Delaney may have jumped over or crawled under the fence.
