No one hurt in train-pickup collision in ND

BREMEN, N.D. (AP) — Officials in Wells County say a train collided with a truck early Tuesday morning but no one was hurt.

BREMEN, N.D. (AP) — Officials in Wells County say a train collided with a truck early Tuesday morning but no one was hurt.

Burlington National Railroad reported to the Wells County Sheriff's Office that one of its trains had struck a truck parked on a track east of Bremen, N.D., around 3 a.m. Tuesday.

When authorities arrived, they were not able to find the occupant of the vehicle. Authorities later located Kurt Anderson of Sheyenne, N.D. at about 10 a.m. Officials say Anderson was uninjured. He was cited for leaving the scene of an accident.

The Wells County Sheriff's Office says the crash is under investigation.
