MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A Minneapolis firefighter has pleaded guilty to drug charges in federal court.
Thirty-four-year-old Brandon Granger admitted to selling and distributing cocaine for a two-year period beginning in October 2009. After a court appearance Monday, Granger was released on bond and will be sentenced later.
KSTP-TV (http://bit.ly/HbdD8s ) says Granger is one of two firefighters facing drug charges. Lawrence Wajda is accused of possessing methamphetamine at his fire station while on duty. Separate charges in Anoka County accuse Wajda of selling meth out of his Coon Rapids home.
