ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — A desk clerk at a St. Paul hotel has been accused of making audio recordings of a couple having sex during their honeymoon in December.
A Minneapolis Star Tribune report (http://bit.ly/HsXuf2 ) says 28-year-old Jeremiah C. Marg of Burnsville was charged Friday with invasion of privacy.
Marg was arrested Dec. 28 after the groom spotted the recorder under a door leading from the hallway to a room. Prosecutors say Marg's laptop had audio files of people having sex.
Marg allegedly told a police investigator he lost the recorder and hadn't seen it since Dec. 23. When asked how it ended up in one of two rooms rented that night, Marg requested a lawyer and the interview ended.
A message left at Marg's home Saturday was not immediately returned.
