Minnesota legislators are following the lead of cities like Moorhead and Duluth and cracking down on synthetic marijuana. The house voted 120 to 11 to make 250 more chemicals illegal, specifically chemicals that have shown up in products sold at tobacco stores. The law would mean more severe penalties for selling and making the synthetic marijuana.
