Vehicle belonging to murdered Bismarck woman found in Fargo

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - Police say they've found the stolen vehicle belonging to a murdered Bismarck woman here in Fargo.

Police say they've found the stolen vehicle belonging to a murdered Bismarck woman here in Fargo. The niece of 83 year-old Ann Grenstiner found her body Tuesday afternoon. Her 2012 Honda CRV was missing and discovered today outside of Duffy's Bar in Fargo.

Bismarck Police say the bar just south of Main Avenue on 12th street has no ties to the investigation, other than that the vehicle was found there. Multiple Bismarck and two Fargo detectives are currently working the investigation. Bismarck Police say they are questioning two people they believe have knowledge of Ms. Grenstiner.

Lt. Bob Haas - Bismarck Police: “We're presently talking to the individuals now, and trying to interpret the information we're given and try to put it together with what we found at the scene.

Dep. Chief Pat Claus – Fargo Police: “We do not believe there is any risk or danger to anybody in the city of Fargo. This investigation is being conducted with our assistance through Bismarck P.D. We believe Bismarck has this well under control.”

There have been no arrests made yet.
