4th member of ND family charged in burglary
BINFORD, N.D. (AP) — A fourth member of an eastern North Dakota family accused of burglarizing a hunting lodge near Binford last December is facing charges.
BINFORD, N.D. (AP) — A fourth member of an eastern North Dakota family accused of burglarizing a hunting lodge near Binford last December is facing charges.
Court documents show that 22-year-old Forrest Concepcion is charged with felony burglary, theft of property and possession of stolen property, along with misdemeanor criminal trespass. The documents do not list an attorney for him and a telephone listing for the family in Binford could not immediately be found.
Concepcion's parents and brother earlier were charged in connection with the break-in at Wild Willow Hunting Club.
