Middle River, MN, 16-year-old Facing Felony Charges for Selling Prescription Drugs

A Middle River, MN, 16-year-old has been charged for allegedly selling prescription Hydrocodone on school property to another student. Pennington County Attorney Alan Rogalla believes the boy did not know how serious the crime was when he made the $6 sale.

A 16 year old is facing felony charges in Pennington county for selling two prescription pills.

KTRF Radio has reported a Middle River 16-year-old has been charged for allegedly selling prescription Hydrocodone on school property to another student.

Pennington County Attorney Alan Rogalla believes the boy did not know how serious the crime was when he made the $6 sale. Rogalla says he has to take seriously any illegal drug activity especially when it happens on school grounds, in this case, at Lincoln High School in Thief River Falls.
