FARGO, N.D. (AP) — A South Dakota man who pleaded guilty to stealing at ATM machine from a North Dakota convenience store in 2008 has been arrested for numerous probation violations.

Jerry Hillberg Jr. was sentenced in 2010 to four years of probation after he pleaded guilty to bank robbery. Authorities say Hillberg and two other men stole the machine from a store in Fairmount. The machine was destroyed and emptied of cash.

Court documents show that Hillberg was arrested for drunk driving in Fargo on Jan. 22. His blood-alcohol content was 0.401 percent, nearly four times the legal limit.

Authorities say Hillberg violated other conditions of his supervision, including failure to notify his probation officer. He was arrested last week in Sioux City, Iowa.
