Devils Lake, ND (WDAY TV) -- A high sex offender is sentenced for not registering his correct address with Devils Lake police.
28 year old Anthony Rolland pleaded guilty to the charge. He's sentenced to four years, with all but six months suspended.
Rolland was arrested six weeks after being released from jail. He's been convicted twice of having sex with minors.
