Fargo man accused of raping unconscious woman last September

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo man is being charged with Gross Sexual Imposition after being accused of raping a woman last September.
According to charges filed in Cass County District Court, 47-year-old Allen Cooper is accused of raping an unconscious woman after a night of drinking. Fargo Police say tests matched Cooper's DNA to samples taken from the Woman.
If convicted, Cooper faces a minimum mandatory sentence of 20-years in prison.
