Pelican Rapids man accused of having sex with a girl under 16-years old

Pelican Rapids, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A Pelican Rapids man is accused of having sex with a girl under 16 years old. 20 year old Ernesto Mendoza-Reyna Jr. Is charged with criminal sexual conduct.

Pelican Rapids, Minn. (WDAY TV) - A Pelican Rapids man is accused of having sex with a girl under 16 years old. 20 year old Ernesto Mendoza-Reyna Jr. Is charged with criminal sexual conduct.

He made his first court appearance this week. In January the Pelican Rapids School District notified police that Mendoza had sex with a student there.
