The City of Fargo will no longer be picking up your yard waste curbside. With the unseasonably warm temperatures the City has already had to open all of its 27 drop off sites.

City officials say they do not have the man power to be able to pick up everyone's yard waste from house to house. There are 13 drop sites around town that you can drop off things like grass, leaves, and garden trimmings.

Brady Brunsvold – Recycling Coordinator: “If you have you know some yard waste that you are unable to bring to the sites we do offer that on a special occasion basis, where through clean up week we will come and help you out, so if you are absolutely unable to make it to the sites we will help you out.”

Bigger things like tree branches and stumps will need to be taken to the landfill.
