Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A Fargo man may be the first openly gay candidate seeking a seat in the North Dakota legislature.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) -- A Fargo man may be the first openly gay candidate seeking a seat in the North Dakota legislature.

Josh Boschee has filed papers to run as a Democrat for a house seat in North Fargo's District 44. That area is represented by two republicans. The 29 year old will focus on gay rights and education.
