2 headed to court in Douglas County in drug sting
Osakis, Minn. (AP) — Two men arrested in a West Central Narcotics Task Force sting are expected in Douglas County District Court Friday. SWAT officers converged on a garage in Osakis Wednesday.
Osakis, Minn. (AP) — Two men arrested in a West Central Narcotics Task Force sting are expected in Douglas County District Court Friday.
SWAT officers converged on a garage in Osakis Wednesday. Authorities say they confiscated 18 guns, 43 marijuana plants and methamphetamine. About 15 officers from eight law enforcement agencies assisted in the sting. A 46-year-old man who lives on the property and a 27-year-old Alexandria man were arrested.
Sheriff Troy Wolbersen tells KSAX-TV (http://bit.ly/wOdPx7 ) it's one of the biggest drug busts in the area in recent years.
