The public works and safety committee voted to approve using the grounds for Summerfest.
Fergus Falls leaders are breathing new life into the historic Regional Treatment Center. The public works and safety committee voted to approve using the grounds for Summerfest. The annual festivities in June are usually downtown, but with planned construction on the police station, street space for Summerfest is limited. Organizers still need to figure out logistics, like electricity. The city council will vote on the idea Monday.
