BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Authorities have identified a man who was struck by a train and killed in Bismarck over the weekend.
Police say 50-year-old Scott Hodges was killed about 2:30 a.m. Saturday. Sgt. Mark Buschena (boo-SHEE'-nuh) tells The Bismarck Tribune (http://bit.ly/xvrNTD) that Hodges was lying across the tracks when he was struck.
Buschena says Hodge's identification listed a homeless shelter in Cheyenne, Wyo., as his address. He says Hodges had no known family or friends in Bismarck.
