Fargo man accused of killing his wife refusing to waive extradition

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The Fargo man accused of killing his wife in their south Fargo apartment is now refusing to waive extradition back to Cass County.

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - The Fargo man accused of killing his wife in their south Fargo apartment is now refusing to waive extradition back to Cass County. 49-year-old Henry Deniger is behind bars in Stearns County after he was arrested in St. Cloud last week.

Because he's refusing extradition, North Dakota Governor Jack Dalrymple will now have to issue a warrant within the next 90 days to bring him back to Fargo.

Prosecutors expect his bail to be set at $1-million dollars or more. Deniger accused of stabbing his wife, 52-year-old Kathye Deniger, to death.
