North Dakota's Governor is criticizing President Obama for deferring the Keystone XL pipeline. Governor Jack Dalrymple gave the GOP Weekly Address. He accuses the administration of blocking projects and technology to allow greater energy production. Dalrymple says the pipeline is needed to market crude oil domestically. North Dakota was to feed the line with 100 thousand barrels of oil a day.

Jack Dalrymple - (R) North Dakota: "We will not be able to supply the choice American markets because President Obama says he needs more time to study Keystone. The fact is, he's had over 3 years to study this issue.”
