Fargo man sentenced for fleeing accident where one of his passengers was seriously injured
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo man will serve 270 days in jail after fleeing an accident where one of his passengers was seriously injured. 20-year old Jordan Braaten will also have 5 years of supervised probation, and pay more than 11-hundred dollars in fines.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo man will serve 270 days in jail after fleeing an accident where one of his passengers was seriously injured. 20-year old Jordan Braaten will also have 5 years of supervised probation, and pay more than 11-hundred dollars in fines.
He was sentenced for criminal vehicular operation. Police say last summer Braaten was speeding and lost control, rolling his vehicle near Detroit Lakes.
4 women were in the car, 1 of them is now paralyzed. Braaten fled, and was found later that night. He had a blood alcohol level of 0.18.
