Arrest made in Fargo homicide, victim identified

Police arrested Deniger in St. Cloud Wednesday night for the murder of 52 year-old Kathye Deniger He faces life in prison if convicted.
Police in St. Cloud have arrested the husband of the murdered woman. Forty-nine year old Henry Deniger, Sr. faces a murder charge. Stearns County Jail staff tells us he is refusing to be booked. The victim is identified as 52 year-old Kathye Deniger.
Lt. Joel Vettel – Fargo Police Department; “And that's the issue of domestic violence. Truly what we had here was a husband and a wife…that an incident happened that ultimately, one person ended up dead.”
Police are not saying when Deniger will be brought back to Cass County.
