A West Fargo man who has been in the news for being run over by a Hummer driven by his former landlord is now facing felony theft charges.
Authorities say 32 year-old Brian Hemphill stole $23,000 of stainless steel from a Standard Industries in Fargo over the past year. Police say after a tip they learned Hemphill sold various amounts of metals to a scrap dealer in Grand Forks.
