(WDAY TV) - A Hawley, Minnesota native is facing charges in Morton County, North Dakota, accused of sexually assaulting two boys and giving alcohol to them.
25-year-old Jennifer Schultz plead not guilty to the charges in court this week. She teaches at Hebron High School.
Schultz is accused of providing alcohol to a 16-year-old, two 17-year-olds and an 18-year-old and having sex with one of the 17-year-olds. She asked the other 17-year-old if he wanted to have sex, and when he said no, fondled him until he told her to stop.
Schultz has resigned from her teaching position.
