2 killed in Otter Tail County crash; Victims identified
ROTHSAY, Minn. (AP) — Two people have died in a highway crash in Otter Tail County. Sheriff's officials say the head-on collision happened about 9:30 a.m. Sunday on Highway 88 three miles southeast of Rothsay.

Sheriff's officials say the head-on collision happened about 9:30 a.m. Sunday on Highway 88 three miles southeast of Rothsay.
Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene. KBRF ((http://bit.ly/xcSxgL) reports that deputies say neither was wearing a seat belt. The drivers were the lone occupants of their vehicles.
The victims are identified as 46-year-old Dale Allen Larson and 48-year-old Debra Louise Jorgenson. Both were from Rothsay.
