Fargo Attorney Filing Civil Suit

Fargo, ND (WDAY TV) - A Fargo attorney is filing a civil suit against Job Service of North Dakota and Crystal because of the state's refusal to pay unemployment to locked-out workers.

A Fargo attorney is filing a civil suit against Job Service of North Dakota and Crystal because of the state's refusal to pay unemployment to locked-out workers. Minnesota allows locked out workers to get the insurance. North Dakota does not. Daniel Phillips expects the two sides to file answering briefs within two weeks.
