Victim of northwestern ND rollover identified

DOUGLAS, N.D. (AP) — Authorities have identified a Sawyer man who died in a weekend rollover in northwestern North Dakota's Ward County.

The Highway Patrol says 42-year-old Daniel Olson died shortly after 2 a.m. Sunday when his pickup truck went out of control while traveling over a railroad crossing on a county road near Douglas and rolled in the ditch.

Olson was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at a Minot hospital.
