Name of Duluth man shot and killed in Wisconsin is known
Superior, WI (WDAY TV) -- We now know the name of a Duluth man shot and killed by Wisconsin police.

The victim is 34 year old Luke Anderson. The shooting happened in Superior Friday night. Police responded to a man taking a woman's car keys at gunpoint.
They say Anderson couldn't start the car so he fled in his own vehicle, leading police on a chase. He then got out and ran.
Police say Anderson placed a gun under his chin, fired, then point the weapon at police. Officers then shot him.
