Sex Offender Assesment Update Notification

The Fargo Police Department would like to inform the public of a sex offender who has had their assessment level increased:

Kenneth Elton Fatland, a level three (high risk) sex offender, is living at 7 6 Avenue North, Fargo, North Dakota. Fatland had been assessed as a level two (moderate risk) sex offender, but had been reassessed as a level three (High risk) sex offender. Fatland was convicted of Possession of Child Pornography, a class C felony, in Ward County ND in 2008. He is a lifetime registrant.
