A Towner native says if he became governor he'd create a lasting harvest in North Dakota.
The Democrat rancher Ryan Taylor is already the State Senate Minority Leader. He's focusing on making funds from the state's one-time oil harvest last, with a long term financial plan.
Taylor says a scholarship should be in place so North Dakota students can get affordable education.
Ryan Taylor – (D) Candidate for Governor: "I think we are on a road right now that sees fewer and fewer people making bigger and bigger decisions that affect all of us. I think we are on a road where we've seen one party rule for nearly 20 years."
Taylor's been involved in state government for ten years.
