ND man died in single-vehicle crash near Lisbon
LISBON, N.D. (AP) — A 56-year-old Rolla man has died from injuries in a crash east of Lisbon. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says Don Bjugstad (BOO-stad) was driving along Highway 27 in Ransom County and failed to stop at an intersection.By: WDAY Staff Reports, WDAY
LISBON, N.D. (AP) — A 56-year-old Rolla man has died from injuries in a crash east of Lisbon.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says Don Bjugstad (BOO-stad) was driving along Highway 27 in Ransom County and failed to stop at an intersection. The vehicle entered a ditch and struck trees. Bjugstad was airlifted to a Fargo hospital.
Highway Patrol Sgt. Joshua Rude tells KOVC says Bjugstad died Sunday morning from injuries suffered in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
